{"id":1413,"date":"2021-03-02T11:11:24","date_gmt":"2021-03-02T11:11:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lsfi.lu\/?p=1413"},"modified":"2021-03-03T14:54:11","modified_gmt":"2021-03-03T14:54:11","slug":"esma-proposes-rules-for-taxonomy-alignment-of-non-financial-undertakings-and-asset-managers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lsfi.lu\/de\/esma-proposes-rules-for-taxonomy-alignment-of-non-financial-undertakings-and-asset-managers\/","title":{"rendered":"ESMA proposes rules for taxonomy-alignment of non-financial undertakings and asset managers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"summary\">\n<p>The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU\u2019s securities markets regulator, has published its <a class=\"internal_document\" href=\"https:\/\/www.esma.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/library\/esma30-379-471_final_report_-_advice_on_article_8_of_the_taxonomy_regulation.pdf\">Final Report<\/a> on advice under Article 8 of the Taxonomy Regulation, which covers the information to be provided by non-financial undertakings and asset managers to comply with their disclosure obligations under the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-type-text-long\">\n<p>The recommendations define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) disclosing how, and to what extent, the activities of businesses that fall within the scope of the NFRD qualify as environmentally sustainable under the Taxonomy Regulation.
