Kaspar Wansleben – Managing Director of Investing for Development SICAV<\/p><\/div>\n

Kaspar Wansleben<\/strong> is the Managing Director of Investing for Development SICAV (IforD) since 2009. Before joining IforD, Kaspar has been involved in microfinance since 2006 as a member of the credit committee of the finance program of MFIs: LUXMINT, managed by ADA. He also worked at the International Labour Organisation (2002) and at PlanetRating (2004). Kaspar is a visiting lecturer at the University of Luxembourg on social entrepreneurship and was a board member of MFX Solutions Inc, the provider of currency risk solutions to the microfinance sector for 5 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kaspar Wansleben is chartered accountant and joined KPMG in 2005 where he was specialised during 6 years in the industrial and financial sectors as adviser in finance and auditor. He graduated in Business and Finance from the Euromed in Marseille and the University of Bremen. He is of German nationality and has lived in many Asian countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emmanuelle Yannakis – Managing Partner and Founder of Blue like an Orange<\/p><\/div>\n

Emmanuelle Yannakis<\/strong> is a Managing Partner and Founder of Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital. Previously, Emmanuelle was member of the Executive Committee of LCL (French retail network of Credit Agricole SA) in charge of Finance & Retail and Corporate Credit.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining LCL, Emmanuelle was corporate secretary at Credit Agricole Assurances (1st Bank insurer in Europe and 2nd in France) where she was in charge of corporate governance, risk management, strategy and innovation, and digital. She has also been head of accounting and group consolidation in the group finance division of Credit Agricole SA and Chief Financial Officer of Pacifica (Property & Casualty insurance company of Credit Agricole Group), where she was also responsible for actuarial affairs and reinsurance.<\/p>\n

She began her career as a tax adviser in the accounting firm Arthur Andersen International and as financial auditor during seven years in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) division of Arthur Andersen.\u00a0Emmanuelle has represented Cr\u00e9dit Agricole on the boards – and was often member of Audit Committees – of a number of their subsidiaries in the banking and insurance sector. She was also a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and President of the Nomination, Remuneration and Governance Committee of ADP (Aeroport de Paris).<\/p>\n

She has also taught masters classes at University Panth\u00e9on-Assas on tax and accounting.\u00a0 Emmanuelle is a post degree graduate of the University Paris-Dauphine (Paris IX) in Corporate tax and of University Panth\u00e9on-Assas (Paris II) in Corporate and Business Law. She also has the legal qualification to practice as a barrister in France (CAPA).<\/p>\n

Uli Grabenwarter – Deputy Director – Equity Investments at EIF<\/p><\/div>\n

Uli Grabenwarter<\/strong>, is Deputy Director – Equity Investments at European Investment Fund (EIF). In this capacity he oversees EIF\u2019s activities in Venture Capital, Impact Investing, and Technology Transfer, with EIF being Europe\u2019s biggest Fund-of-Funds Investment platform in these markets. Previously he was responsible for EIF\u2019s strategic development in the equity space and in this context has led the build-up of the Social Impact Accelerator, the first pan-European social impact investing fund-of-funds.<\/p>\n

From 2010 to 2012 he conducted a 20 months research project on impact investing in collaboration with IESE University of Navarra in Barcelona and the Family Office Circle Foundation based in Switzerland, analysing best-market-practices for impact investing in the private equity and venture capital space. He is a visiting Professor for Private Equity and Venture Capital at IESE University and is an angel investor in life sciences companies. Since 2018 he is a Trustees of the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment (www.GSGII.org<\/a>) and serves on the Board of several asset management companies and family office structures. He regularly publishes articles and white papers on venture capital and impact investing. Uli is also member of several expert groups on impact investing and impact metrics across Europe. Uli holds a Master\u2019s degree in Business and Finance of the University of Graz.<\/p>\n

Laetitia Hamon – Head of Sustainability at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange<\/p><\/div>\n

Laetitia Hamon<\/strong> has been Head of Sustainable Finance at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) since July 2020. She is responsible for the exchange\u2019s sustainable finance strategy and related projects, and leads the expert team at LuxSE\u2019s UN-awarded platform for sustainable finance, the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX<\/p>\n

As a pioneer in sustainable finance, Laetitia started her career as an ESG analyst for an extra-financial rating agency in 2008. Passionate about the topic, Laetitia decided to dedicate her career to sustainable finance and has built in-depth expertise on the matter for the past 13 years. After gaining experience from the investment fund industry through different positions at Thomson Reuters and ALFI \u2013 the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, she spent 8 years managing and then leading the Sustainable Finance audit and advisory practice at KPMG in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

Laetitia has a Master\u2019s degree in International Management from the Institut Sup\u00e9rieur Europ\u00e9en de Gestion (ISEG) and a Master\u2019s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Ecole Sup\u00e9rieure des Affaires, Paris XII.<\/p>\n

Hadewych Kuiper – Commercial Director, Triodos Investment Management<\/p><\/div>\n

Hadewych Kuiper is responsible for Business Development and Investor Relations as well as Marketing and Communications at Triodos Investment Management since 2013. In 2008 she joined Triodos Bank as the international Head of Marketing. In this position she was responsible for Triodos Bank\u2019s brand positioning and market approach in the European countries where Triodos Bank is active. Before joining Triodos Bank, she worked as a market strategy consultant in the financial services industry, telecom and media for more than ten years.<\/p>\n
