The EU Strategy for Financing the Transition to a Sustainable Economy
On 6th July the European Commission adopted an ambitious and comprehensive sustainable finance strategy to help improve the flow of finance towards the transition to a sustainable economy. Building on the 2018 Action Plan, the new strategy proposes actions across the financing chain in four policy areas: transition finance, inclusiveness, resilience and contribution of the financial system and global ambition. The European Commission will present the strategy and will answer questions from the audience during the webinar.
