Über den LSFI Summit

Der LSFI Summit „Finance for a Sustainable Future” brachte führende Experten zusammen, um die neuesten Trends im nachhaltigen Finanzwesen zu erkunden und Einblicke zu geben, wie man die Nase vorn hat und Herausforderungen in der Branche bewältigt.

Der zweitägige Gipfel fand am Nachmittag des 18. September und am Morgen des 19. September in Luxemburg statt und zeichnete sich durch ein einzigartiges Format aus, das Impulsvorträge mit vertiefenden Hauptvorträgen (Masterclasses) zu wichtigen Themen des nachhaltigen Finanzwesens kombinierte. Die Teilnehmer hatten die Möglichkeit, sich eingehend mit Themen wie Menschenrechten, Biodiversität, Verantwortung und Engagement sowie privater Kapitalmobilisierung zu befassen und gleichzeitig die Herausforderungen und Best Practices im Zusammenhang mit ESG-Daten kennenzulernen.

Der LSFI Summit richtet sich an Finanzfachleute, die sich mit Sustainable Finance befassen, und bietet eine bereichernde Plattform zum Lernen und Networking mit Branchenkollegen.

Delve into the Masterclasses

The LSFI masterclasses are knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill financial professionals on concrete sustainable finance topics to help the sector advance and lead on this matter. The masterclasses combine theory and case studies, aiming to foster a knowledgeable community on sustainable finance. They also serve as a forum to exchange best practices and discuss practical solutions.

This masterclass enhanced Luxembourg financial professionals‘ knowledge on mobilising private investments through blended finance, featuring theoretical insights and practical case studies from national and international experts. Topics include structures and strategies.

This masterclass helped financial professionals integrate human rights into their investment decisions. It included a theoretical session on human rights principles such as OECD guidelines for multinational enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct. This was followed by a practical session that included two separate streams, one for banks and one for asset managers.

This masterclass enhanced financial professionals‘ knowledge on how to integrate biodiversity into investment decisions. It combined theoretical and practical content on the importance of biodiversity, key frameworks and standards like the Convention on Biodiversity and TNFD, and integrating biodiversity into financial decisions through case studies.
