Counting What Matters: Cabo Verde’s Climate Budgeting for Resilient SIDS Futures

This side event, organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Cabo Verde and LuxDev, will showcase how Cabo Verde is advancing climate action through a holistic approach and innovative transparency tools, including its Climate Budget Tagging System (CBT), which tracks and expands climate-related investments across sectors and governance levels.
