Towards an ambitious transposition of the CSDDD into Luxembourg law

This event, organised by the Initiative pour un devoir de vigilance in partnership with the Commission consultative des Droits de l’Homme and other partners, focuses on discussing the transposition of the European Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) into Luxembourg law, addressing challenges, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen corporate accountability in human rights and environmental issues.
