Key responsibility

Under the responsibility of the CEO and in close collaboration with the Deputy CEO manage and coordinate the LSFI’s Stakeholder Forum, Advisory Boards and Working Groups.

Main tasks

  • Planning and organising the Stakeholder Forums, bi-monthly meetings gathering all LSFI relevant stakeholders (proposing dates, agendas, liaising among the involved parties, drafting minutes, etc.).
  • Planning and managing LSFI’s working groups and Advisory Boards.
  • Working group/advisory boards structuring, secretariat (proposing dates, agendas, drafting minutes, etc.).
  • Ensuring the proper follow-up of decided actions.
  • Supporting the working group/advisory board activities and objectives, ensuring that members are working together towards tangible outcomes
  • Ensuring alignment with LSFI Team.
  • Take part in LSFI’s day to day activities.  

Preferred qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sustainable finance, in sustainability related matters, or other relevant areas.
  • Experience in coordinating working groups with a great variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team and to work with a certain degree of autonomy.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to rapidly develop a network of useful contacts.
  • Very good command of English and French (written and spoken). German and/or Luxembourgish are an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg financial market and its different stakeholders is an advantage.
  • An understanding of the international and national institutions and/or of the NGOs world is an advantage.
  • Relevant Master’s degree with a proven ability to synthesise and analyse complex information and to draft reports accordingly.

Who we are

The Luxembourg Sustainable Finance Initiative (LSFI) (www.lsfi.lu) is Luxembourg’s coordinating entity on Sustainable Finance. Its objective is to raise awareness, and support the transition of the financial sector in Luxembourg towards sustainability.

The LSFI was founded in January 2020 by the Luxembourg Government (Ministry of Finance and Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity), Luxembourg for Finance (the agency for the development of the financial centre) and the High Council for Sustainable Development (Conseil Supérieur pour un Développement Durable), an independent advisory body to the Luxembourg Government about sustainable development matters that represents the civil society.
