Nicoletta is a sustainability and sustainable finance expert and has 15 years of experience spanning from environmental and social due diligence, Corporate Social Responsibility review and implementation within companies around the globe, responsible sourcing and sustainable finance. She is committed to support financial players and companies transition towards increased sustainability and impact. Nicoletta is enthusiastic about impact investing, social businesses and Environmental Social Governance drivers. In short, anything that contributes to a better world.

Lorenzo is an expert of Luxembourg financial services for over 25 years. Prior to joining the LSFI, Lorenzo was Head of Business Development at BNP Paribas Asset Management, Luxembourg, and Head of Sales at Eurizon Capital. He also worked as portfolio manager at several banks such as Edmond de Rothschild (Europe) and Intesa Sanpaolo. In addition, through his extensive experience in the financial sector, he has consistently been exposed to the latest developments in sustainable finance. He has further enhanced this practical knowledge through several certifications aimed at upskilling in sustainable finance.

Maria is a Communications Specialist with expertise in Corporate and Digital Communication. Suvi is a Head of Sustainable Finance at LSFI, with extensive experience at the intersection of investment management, ESG integration, and sustainable finance strategy.
Suvi has held senior roles at Nordea Asset Management, where she worked closely with the portfolio managers, equity-, and ESG analysts across fundamental equity strategies. As ESG Product Manager within the Fundamental Equities investment boutique, she supported ESG integration, sustainable and impact investment approaches, and active ownership activities. Prior to her experience within the investment team, Suvi led the ESG Communications, overseeing ESG reporting and disclosures, ESG labelling, and many other strategic ESG communication initiatives.
Before her career in finance, Suvi gained valuable international experience at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and at Business Finland in Brazil.
Suvi holds an MSc in Corporate Environmental Management and is a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®) by EFFAS. She is deeply committed to advancing sustainable finance practices that support both long-term financial performance and the transition to a more resilient and sustainable global economy.

Angharad is Head of Policy and Regulation at LSFI, with over nine years of consulting experience advising global organisations on ESG and sustainability regulatory frameworks. She has supported corporates and financial institutions in navigating evolving requirements and strengthening governance and compliance structures.
She has strong expertise in the EU sustainable finance framework, including CSRD, CSDDD, the EU Taxonomy, and SFDR.
Angharad brings an international perspective from her experience across the UK, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, where she began her career at an EU institution focusing on climate and energy policy. She holds an MSc in Sustainability and Environmental Policy from Cardiff University and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Sabrina Biondi is an interim Administrative Assistant at LSFI, bringing over two decades of administrative and office management experience across Luxembourg’s financial and international sectors. She has supported governance, operations, and client relations at organisations including Allfunds, the European Investment Bank, Quaestio Capital, and JP Morgan Asset Management. Sabrina is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and collaborative approach to teamwork. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, she brings a global outlook to her work.
Alexander is a sustainable finance professional with a strong focus on quantitative analytics, AI for sustainable finance, and climate transition finance.
Alexander holds an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics. He previously worked as a data analyst intern at the International Maritime Organization, supporting decarbonisation finance for the global shipping sector. Alexander also worked as a teacher in Kenya and a policy analyst in Brussels, bringing an international background to the team.
Serving as Climate Youth Delegate for Luxembourg, a role in which he works with the Luxembourg Ministry of Environment, Climate and Biodiversity, Alexander will accompany both the Ministry and LSFI to COP31.
