Aligning to the Global Biodiversity Framework: PRB Nature Guidance Launch
UNEP FI is thrilled to introduce its new Principles for Responsible Banking Guidance on Nature Target Setting. Developed in collaboration with 35 signatory banks worldwide and world-leading nature finance experts, including the SBTN, TNFD, UNEP-WCMC, the CBD Secretariat, and Finance for Biodiversity Foundation, this guidance offers a comprehensive framework and practical insights for banks to start addressing the urgent challenge of nature and biodiversity loss. This includes integrating nature within their core business activities and strategies and setting targets to contribute to the objectives of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
