The study’s central finding is that Luxembourg’s impact finance ecosystem is built deep and strong at the infrastructure layer including among others fund vehicles, regulation, labelling, intermediation, professional services, but it still has the opportunity to further activate the domestic Limited Partners (LPs) base to provide capital for impact strategies, and the pipeline of local social enterprises and project developers that should deploy that capital effectively.
